Shipping:
Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order placement unless otherwise notified. Some orders may take up to 10 business days under special conditions (i.e. large orders) or during the busy holiday season. Please allow 7-14 days for large orders. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. Sugar Mama Bath and Body will notify you via e-mail once your package has shipped. Our products are shipped Priority Mail. Priority Mail normally takes 2 to 3 days but may take up to one full week to reach you.

If you would like to have your order RUSHED” (i.e. overnight, 2nd day air) please contact us via e-mail at info@sugarmamaproducts.com or by phone at (971) 570-4151 for shipping costs. If you would like to purchase insurance on your packages, you may do so for an additional charge of $1.75. Sugar Mama Bath and Body is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If for some reason your package arrives damaged, or appears to have been opened, please notify us immediately by phone or e-mail

P. O. Boxes and Military addresses (APO/FPO):
We will ship to Post Office boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

International shipping/orders out of the U.S.:Sugar Mama Bath and Body does not ship outside of the United States.

Refused shipments:
We charge a $10.00 restocking fee for shipments refused, not accepted,not claimed or returned to us by the shipper (an unauthorized return).

Typo's, errors and inaccuracies:
We are not responsible for any inaccuracies, typographical errors or omissions entered by the customer. It is your responsibility to make sure
all information is entered correctly, please double-check to make sure all
of your information is entered correctly.

Sales tax:
There is NO sales tax on any items purchased from Sugar Mama Bath and Body.
